Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor leads and coordinates all overnight maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. This role provides hands‑on leadership with a strong focus on electrical systems and extrusion machinery while minimizing downtime and supporting plant performance.

Shift

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Midnight Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians on overnight shift
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, controls, and production equipment
• Lead maintenance support for extrusion lines to ensure uptime
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Respond to breakdowns and perform root cause analysisEnsure safe, compliant maintenance practices
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance records and reporting
• Train and mentor maintenance staff
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
