Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians on overnight shift.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, controls, and production equipment.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Skills

Advanced troubleshooting (electrical, mechanical, controls)

Knowledge of PLCs, drives, motors, and automation systems

Strong leadership and communication skills

Education

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
