Job summary

APG is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our properties. The role focuses on leading preventive maintenance programs, completing work orders, and managing turnovers with a strong emphasis on timely responses to service requests.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in apartment maintenance, demonstrated leadership, and solid knowledge of property systems. This position is based in Florida and offers full benefits and growth opportunities within APG.

Qualifications

The Maintenance Supervisor position is considered vital to the overall operation of the property. Resident retention programs depend largely on the performance and professionalism of the Maintenance team, and total commitment to the position and property operations is paramount.

Job Details

• Location: Hilliard, FL - May be required to temporarily support other APG properties during emergencies or periods of operational need.
• Schedule: This position is not limited to a standard 40-hour workweek. Work hours may extend beyond regular business hours based on operational demands. Must be available to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours, as needed.
