BDC Brands is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Brooksville, FL to own maintenance for our facility and equipment. The role leads a small team, strengthens preventive maintenance, and drives safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in skilled trades or industrial maintenance, with strong electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or multi-trade experience. This on-site, first-shift position offers growth and impact within a growing manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in skilled trades, industrial maintenance, or leadership roles.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or multi-trade capabilities.
• Hands-on leader able to manage projects end-to-end.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create structure, document processes, and ensure follow-through.
• Self-starter with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance (pumps, mixers, fillers, forklifts, electrical systems, PLCs).
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program.
• Supervise, train, and support two Maintenance Technicians.
• Lead safety, 5S, organization, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
• Partner with leadership on equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
• Document maintenance procedures, schedules, and completed work.

BDC Brands is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor who can take ownership of our facility and equipment maintenance, strengthen our preventive maintenance program, and lead a small team.
