Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in skilled trades, industrial maintenance, or maintenance leadership.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or multi-trade experience.
• A hands-on leader who can manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to create structure, document processes, and follow through.
• A self-starter who values safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience running your own business or working independently is a plus.

BDC Brands is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who can take ownership of our facility and equipment maintenance, strengthen our preventive maintenance program, and lead a small team.
