Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance technician who takes ownership of their role and delivers outstanding customer service to residents.

You will handle service requests, maintain common areas and grounds, and contribute to a safe, well-maintained property. This position offers growth in a collaborative team, with on-call duties and opportunities to learn additional skills.
