Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time role at Riverview House in Lake Worth, FL. The position oversees daily maintenance, prepares vacant units, and ensures safety and service standards on-site.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in maintenance management, EPA licenses, CAMT and CPO certifications, and on-site residency is required; a rent-free apartment is provided to support property operations.

Qualifications

• EPA license or universal technician required or preferred.
• On-site residency with 24/7 availability on property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Manage the preparation of vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Interview and screen candidates for maintenance and grounds roles.
• Train maintenance and grounds personnel.
• Supervise in-house and vendor work scheduling.
• Maintain supply and tool inventories and oversee orders.
• Ensure OSHA standards are met and a safe work environment.
• Maintain logs and report unusual property circumstances.
• Support customer service excellence and professional growth.

Key Qualifications

• This position includes a rent-free, on-site apartment in addition to the stated salary. On-site residency is mandatory, as this role requires 24/7 availability on the property
• EPA Section 608 Type I & II or EPA Universal Technician license
• Minimum 4+ years of industry experience
• CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six (6) months of employment

• Ensure OSHA standards are met at all times and maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain logs and records; report unusual circumstances regarding the property
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical school or industry-related courses preferred

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, or Maintenance Technician II
• Experience managing maintenance operations in apartment communities
• Experience with Yardi software products a plus

Skills & Certifications

• EPA Section 608 Type I & II or EPA Universal Technician license
• Valid Driver's License required
• CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six (6) months of employment
• Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
