Brookside Properties, Bethel, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a hands-on maintenance team and keep a 300-unit community safe and well-maintained. Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• HVAC certification and EPA certification required.
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Experience leading turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced apartment environment.

Responsibilities
