Maintenance Supervisor, Baltimore, MD ($100K–$125K base + bonus)

We’re hiring a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to drive accountability and improve maintenance execution at a specialty chemical manufacturing plant. This is a floor‑level leadership role – not a desk job. You’ll supervise day‑to‑day maintenance operations across mechanical systems, lead a team of technicians, and help build a more structured, reliability‑focused maintenance organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment – Chemical, pharma, food & beverage, or continuous process manufacturing.
• Direct supervisory experience managing maintenance technicians.
• Hands‑on knowledge of mechanical systems.
• CMMS experience (SAP preferred).
• Proven experience running or improving PM/PdM programs.
• Experience working in a union environment.
• Comfortable with KPI tracking: PM compliance, MTTR, MTBF, downtime, OEE.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and technician performance.
