Your tasks

• Plan and execute maintenance activities on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems of machinery and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process and conduct root cause analysis.
• Define and implement sustainable corrective actions to prevent future disruptions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and workflows with the production department.
• Troubleshoot production equipment issues.
• Participate in the commissioning of new machines.
• Perform hardware setup and modifications to machines and equipment.
• Provide technical and social leadership to assigned team members.
• Responsible for the professional and personal development and continuous training of assigned staff.
• Participate in the practical training of employees.
  
  

Your profile

• Associate or bachelor's degree in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience in HPDC or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
