Overview: Under general supervision, this role involves specialized maintenance and mechanical repair of the department’s facilities to ensure continuous operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• · Review work requests, progress, schedules, and priorities to ensure efficient use of personnel and equipment.
• · Handle emergency and unscheduled work requests, arranging prompt services.
• · Perform quality control to ensure repairs and work are completed correctly.
• · Prepare reports, work orders, and documentation as required.
• · Respond to customer requests, status updates, and complaints; research and resolve issues appropriately.
• Areas of Responsibility:
• · Electrical systems
• · Mechanical systems
• · Infrastructure repairs and maintenance
• Additional Duties:
• · Conduct safety and environmental checks, coordinating with building engineering and management.
• · Support janitorial services to maintain cleanliness and housekeeping.
• · Assist with parts operations, including scrapping and disposal.
• · Operate material handling equipment such as Hilo, Skid-Steer, and Pallet Jacks.

• Required Skills:
• · Interpersonal Relationships/Customer Service: Develop and maintain cooperative and professional relationships with employees.
• · High School Diploma
• · 5 years of Maintanence experience.
• · Computer Skills: Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and related software to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
• · Time Management: Plan and organize daily work routine, estimate completion times, and establish personal schedules accordingly.
• Physical Requirements:
• · Regular performance of moderately physically demanding tasks.
• · Combination of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
• · Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling moderately heavy objects and materials.
