Job summary

TMS International is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance activities and safety programs at our Aliquippa location. The role offers growth within the organization and involves coordinating maintenance tasks and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in maintenance, experience with safety programs, and the ability to manage work orders and administrative duties. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Aliquippa, PA.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience in steel/related industries.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and safety programs.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation (loaders, excavators).
• Experience with computer systems to perform duties.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead site staff with safety and maintenance responsibilities.
• Oversee the Safety/ISO program.
• Enter, track and complete work orders.
• Perform administrative duties for maintenance department.

Recommended Experience

Job Responsibilities

• Assists in leading site staff including safety and maintenance
• Partially responsible for the Safety/ISO program
• Performs administrative duties for the maintenance department
• Enters, tracks and completes work orders

Job Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience preferably in the steel, aggregate or other related industry
• Must have experience with preventative maintenance programs, procedures and industrial safety programs
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operations including loaders and excavators
• Experience with computer systems to perform duties as needed
• Must be able to pass a background screen including reference check and a physical examination that includes a drug and alcohol pre-employment screen.
