The Maintenance Supervisor is a management role that provides leadership and support to all maintenance functions. You will oversee service maintenance on all vehicles within the Pool and manage the maintenance department staff. Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and staff development skills are required.

Wages: $65,000.00 annually

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing repair and maintenance of vehicles across locations
• Providing administrative support to maintenance functions
• Communicating daily tasks to staff to meet service metrics
• Managing invoices and scheduling maintenance

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years in a supervisory role overseeing vehicle maintenance

Knowledge

• Understanding of rental car procedures and maintenance practices
