Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires hands-on involvement about 75% of the time and leadership to drive maintenance strategies across the production plant in Oklahoma City area.

You will oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, analyze KPIs and coordinate with teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
• Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and reliability
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings
• Previous plant production software experience
• Ability to train employees on technology, processes and procedures

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead by example to uphold safety and GMP standards
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs
• Analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements
