Job summary

Dart Container seeks a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our production operations on the floor, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. With roughly 75% hands‑on time, you will drive maintenance strategies, supervise a team, and keep equipment running smoothly on a 2-2-3 schedule.

You will oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance, analyze KPIs and work orders, and collaborate with teams to build proactive schedules while maintaining GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience required; demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
• Three years of experience in maintenance and reliability.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead by example to uphold safety and GMP standards.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs.
• Analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements.

What you’ll do…

Previous plant production software experience

Experienced in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings

Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
