Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) in a fast-paced foam cup manufacturing setting. You will supervise a team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production KPIs.

Responsibilities include scheduling priorities, coordinating staff, analyzing KPIs, and generating reports for site management. Qualified candidates have 2 years supervisory experience and 3 years in production, plus a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Three years of production experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train staff on processes.

What you’ll do…

What you’ll need...

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of experience in a production environment
• Ability to display strong interpersonal skills, be accessible and approachable
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures
