Job summary

Turner Mining Group in Kingman, AZ seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to lead on-site maintenance of fixed and mobile equipment. This role blends shop-floor supervision with strategic oversight of reliability initiatives, tooling, and cost control to maximize asset performance.

You will direct maintenance technicians and crews, manage staffing and overtime, and champion Health & Safety programs to drive a proactive, reliability-centered culture across mining operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Journeyman’s certificate or engineering degree preferred.
• CMRP certification or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental compliance across maintenance operations.
• Direct day-to-day supervision of technicians and crews; assign tasks and coach performance.
• Develop staffing plans, manage overtime, and control maintenance costs.
• Drive reliability-focused maintenance culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership on shop floor and in the field.
