Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and reliability at our Phoenix, AZ and Ripon, CA facilities.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive preventive maintenance, and ensure food-safe, compliant operations across both sites. The role requires coordinating with Operations, Quality, Safety and Engineering to minimize downtime, manage budgets, and support capital projects.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years of related maintenance, operations, technical or training experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical, technical, troubleshooting and equipment reliability knowledge in manufacturing/production.
• Experience developing and executing preventive maintenance, shutdown planning and equipment reliability programs.
• Ability to lead and influence maintenance teams across two locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities across the Phoenix and Ripon facilities with clear priorities and leadership presence.
• Develop, coach and support maintenance staff to strengthen technical capability and accountability.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and costs.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans prioritizing safety, production needs and business impact.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues with Operations, Quality, Safety and Engineering to minimize disruption.
• Lead root cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions to address recurring losses.
• Ensure compliance with GRMS, OSHA, LOTO, EPA and internal safety requirements across both sites.
• Manage maintenance budgets and support capital projects within approved parameters.
• Maintain accurate equipment history, maintenance records and standard procedures.
