# Maintenance SuperintendentInsight GlobalNorcross, GAA partner of Insight Global is adding a Plant Maintenance Superintendent to their team. This person will report directly into the Plant Manager. The Maintenance Superintendent leads the maintenance organization to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations of assets across the facility. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance work execution, planning, preventive and predictive programs, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and asset management best practices (ISO 55000, SMRP, and RCM principles).
