All Native Group, through Fire Creek Services Company, seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee field maintenance for barracks and housing on the DoD installation. You will own the daily field plan, dispatch, and emergency coverage, ensuring first-time-fix performance and compliant qualifications.

You will lead a multi-craft team, supervise timekeeping, develop crew schedules, and drive improvements while coordinating access and room turnover with installation staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; experience may substitute for degree.
  • Experience leading multi-craft maintenance teams in residential or lodging facilities is expected.
  • Proven ability to manage dispatch, on-call rotations and first-time-fix performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field plan and zone assignments, protecting preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee emergency response as duty lead and manage on-call rotation.
  • Coach technicians on mobile work-order closeout with proper documentation.
  • Coordinate access and room turnover with Barracks management.
  • Review performance, incidents and drive continuous improvement in response times.

Summary

Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead day-to-day field maintenance operations for barracks and housing facilities on the installation. The Superintendent owns dispatch, emergency coverage, technician qualifications and the daily field plan, keeping response times, first-time-fix rates and preventive maintenance on track

Essential Functions

  • Build and run the daily field plan and zone assignments, protecting scheduled preventive maintenance from being displaced by routine requests.
  • Lead emergency response as the duty lead, manage the on-call rotation and provide backup dispatch.
  • Maintain a trade-competency matrix and assign work by qualification first; ensure licensed work is performed only by licensed staff.
  • Coach technicians on complete mobile work-order closeout (cause, remedy, labor, materials and verification).
  • Coordinate occupied-room access and escorts with barracks management, and coordinate room turnover between occupants with the Room Turnover Technician.
  • Review repeat visits, misdiagnosed trades and rework with the QA/QC Manager and drive continuous improvement in first-time-fix performance.
  • Build crew schedules and shift coverage, and review and approve technician timekeeping.
  • Conduct performance coaching and evaluations for field staff.
  • Lead or support investigations of incidents and injuries, and follow through on corrective actions.

Supervisory Responsibility

Supervises field maintenance crews, including multi-craft, trade and general maintenance technicians. Responsible for work assignments, coaching, performance feedback and on-call scheduling.

Work Environment

Primarily field-based in barracks and housing facilities on the installation, including occupied residential buildings and mechanical spaces, with some office time for planning and reporting.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Walking and standing for extended periods during daily site visits.
  • Climbing stairs and ladders and entering mechanical rooms.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather, heat and cold.
  • Driving a vehicle daily between buildings on the installation.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lb.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime. Shifts may require some evening or weekend work, and this position participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency escalations as duty lead.

Travel

Daily local travel between buildings on the installation.

Experience

  • 10+ years of multi-craft facilities maintenance experience.
  • 5+ years supervising crews of 15 or more in residential, lodging or installation facilities.
  • Demonstrated crew supervision against response-time standards.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical scopes and code limits.

Preferred:

  • CMMS-driven dispatch experience.
  • Emergency response leadership.
  • Experience with timekeeping and labor-scheduling systems.
  • Experience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus, particularly Army barracks or installation facilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience may be substituted for degree.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Journeyman or master license in a trade preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.
