Qualifications

• Experience in storeroom, purchasing and accounting functions.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals and contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for materials and supplies in a timely manner.
• Handle work orders for forklifts and clamp trucks.
• Maintain inventory levels and establish vendor files.
• Create purchase orders and receive deliveries with proper paperwork.
• Research sources for best value and terms.
• Maintain price records and handle discrepancies.
• Inform management of price increases and economical alternatives.
• Comply with safety and quality requirements.
• Overtime as needed.
