Job summary

INEOS Phenol Mobile, AL seeks a Storeroom Supervisor to lead inventory, material control, and purchasing for maintenance and projects plant-wide. You will align safety, quality, and cost targets while ensuring timely availability of parts and services to all plant departments.

Responsibilities include managing BOMs, cycle counts, vendor communications, and cost control with a $5.0 million inventory target; fostering teamwork and continuous improvement in line with ISO 9001 standards and INEOS

Qualifications

• High School-level education or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years plus experience in industrial material procurement/distribution.
• Three (3) years plus experience with computerized Storeroom inventory software, preferably SAP.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in related tasks that demonstrate equivalent skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Storeroom operations including receiving, issuing, cycle counting, BOM updates, cost control, and housekeeping.
• Purchase material for maintenance and capital projects; manage Storeroom inventory to target levels.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal customers to ensure timely availability of parts and services.
• Develop and maintain ISO 9001 procedures within responsible areas.
• Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and development for departmental personnel.
