Job summary

Delcastle Golf Course in Wilmington, DE is seeking a part-time Maintenance Staff to support housekeeping, laundry, towel services and general maintenance across the operation. This is a seasonal position lasting up to 6 months.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour. As part of Troon, the role offers a facility-focused team environment with opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including, but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including, but not limited to: emptying trash cans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture
• Assures the maintenance of the tennis courts and swimming pool
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility, including, but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture
• Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to the supervisor
• Performs other duties as required
