Job summary

CBRE Government and Defense Business is seeking a Maintenance Specialist II to perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related building systems. Responsibilities include following safety policies, handling scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and communicating clearly with staff.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3 years of general maintenance/repair experience.
Able to read gauges and meters.
Knowledge of general carpentry, mechanical and electrical repair.
Able to use hand and power tools.
Knowledge of HIPAA privacy guidelines.

Responsibilities

Inspect equipment or machines in need of repair.
Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
Maintain building structures and their mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems; assist in maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry and CEP.
Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs as needed.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
