Job summary

Cencora is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to support American Health Packaging in Columbus, Ohio. The role includes preventive maintenance, documentation, and routine repair tasks on a Monday–Friday schedule with mandatory weekend maintenance quarterly.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years in a related field. Certification in maintenance or equipment handling is preferred, with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.
• Certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements minor process adjustments that improve accuracy, efficiency, and reduce rework.
• Communicates status updates and risk information to support timely resolution and alignment.
• Validates records, reports, and outputs to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with standards.
• Escalates complex or atypical issues with clear context, actions taken, and recommended next steps.
• Organizes personal work queue to maintain service levels and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Assists with follow-up activity needed to close routine maintenance and documentation items.
