Job summary

Community Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our clinics and administrative office in Tacoma, WA. The role covers monitoring fire safety systems, performing minor repairs, and keeping facilities safe and reliable across locations.

You will coordinate with Clinic Managers and contractors, handle furniture moves, and assist with deliveries as needed. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a competitive hourly salary range of $25.20 to $30.12.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 3 years experience or relevant combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fire safety equipment across buildings and administrative office.
• Perform minor facility repairs and maintain safe, reliable facilities and equipment.
• Maintain scheduling of building maintenance and process facility maintenance requests.
• Interface with Clinic Managers and contractors; manage furniture installation and relocation.
• Support pickup/delivery tasks and other duties as assigned.
