Job Summary

Perform troubleshooting, maintenance repairs, and preventive maintenance for all equipment and facilities. Assist production as needed. Maintain the maintenance shop area in a neat and organized manner. Monitor and maintain all production, support, and auxiliary equipment, set up molds, and record maintenance activities. Understand and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications. Troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controls) systems. Work with live and low/high voltage electrical systems in accordance with OSHA and NFPA 70 standards.

Available Shifts

Mon-Fri or 12-hour nights on a 2/2/3 schedule.

Responsibility & Authority

Technimark establishes the interrelation of personnel managing, performing, and verifying work affecting quality via its Organization Chart and specific procedures, ensuring independence and authority as necessary. The Organization Chart is reviewed annually. Independence and authority are defined in the Control of Nonconforming Product procedure.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and building systems.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure maximum efficiency and quality with minimal downtime.
• Inspect machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Assist in setting up new or special equipment, automation, and robots.
• Perform and document repairs on equipment.
• Proactively report or address potential problems.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and notify the Maintenance Manager when replacements are needed.
• Understand basic hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical principles; read related prints.
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic safeties are operational, complying with OSHA and other regulations.
• Keep shop and work areas clean per company policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
