Seasonal, Facility Maintenance Specialist

What You'll Do

As a seasonal Operations Specialist, you will handle non-systems duties such as delivering supplies/materials to offices, performing basic maintenance repairs, and assisting with the setup and closing of offices.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Perform basic building maintenance (e.g., replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning HVAC vents, minor electrical work). For complex repairs, notify the District Operations Coordinator (DOC).
  • Deliver supplies and materials to tax offices.
  • Assist with annual setup and closing of seasonal offices, including installing signage, ensuring cleanliness, and meeting brand standards.
  • Attend required training sessions.
  • Ensure office security after hours.
  • Communicate operational tasks with the DOC.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the DOC.
Qualifications
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills and Experience:
  • Basic reading skills.
  • Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Suite.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
  • Decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organization, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
  • Effective communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal).
  • Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to follow directions.
