Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, functionality, and maintenance of building infrastructure, manufacturing, and production equipment.
• Perform or support the repair, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of mechanical systems, including machinery, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Oversee building space planning and coordination, including space design, allocation, modifications, relocations, and expansions.
• Conduct facility and equipment inspections to assess conditions and recommend necessary repairs, replacements, or capital improvements.
• Implement predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance strategies to ensure operational reliability and minimize downtime.
• Design and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, infrastructure reliability, and compliance with quality systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of maintenance activities, inspections, and issues to support a safe and efficient working environment.
• Lead or coordinate technical personnel, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing technicians, as well as tool makers and machine setters.
