Trotter & Morton Facility Services in Lacey, WA, is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to lead the sales territory for our LINC Service Division. You will prospect new clients, meet with decision makers, and translate complex mechanical needs into value-based solutions.

This role rewards performance with a base salary plus commissions, a monthly car allowance, and benefits. You should be comfortable with travel, heights to access rooftops, and bring strong negotiation and presentation

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous sales experience.
• HVAC experience is an asset but not required.
• B2B sales experience is an asset but not required.
• Cold calling willingness and experience is required.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean record is required.
• Ability to work comfortably with heights.

Responsibilities

• Drive entire sales territory for prospecting and client meetings.
• Climb ladders to access rooftop units when necessary.
• Achieve or exceed Sales Goals and Awards.
• Communicate complex problems into simple explanations.
• Deal with a complex sale and multi-level decision makers.
• Build and maintain rapport with the sales team to resolve problems and maximize profits.
• Prepare reports, proposals, booking packages, CRM data.
• Identify customer needs via value proposition sale.
• Qualify prospects, set appointments, follow up on leads and referrals.
• Understand prospect's decision-making process and timelines.
• Research prospect organization and influences to buy.
• Identify equipment conditions and maintenance opportunities.
• Perform other duties as required.
