Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Shop Welder for the Edinburg area in Harlingen, TX. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining vehicle floors, bodies, rails, and fabrication components using MIG and arc welding techniques.

The position requires at least 1 year of welding experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong attention to detail along with safety awareness. Candidates should be dependable and able to follow safety policies and complete required paperwork.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year welding experience.

Responsabilidades

• Cuts/welds repairs to vehicle floors, bodies, packing blades, rails, fabrication.
• Welds steel and aluminum components using Mig and arc welding equipment.
• Bends steel components using a brake and shear.
• Cuts steel using a plasma cutter or torch.
• Fabricates steel components on trucks.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Completes required paperwork.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
