Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in equipment maintenance preferred in freight/logistics
• Proven supervisory or lead technician experience
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and repair of braking/transmission systems

Responsibilities

• Supervises shop technicians, including coaching and daily work direction
• Oversees maintenance operations to ensure timely, quality repairs
• Coordinates with parts team to manage inventory and availability of materials
• Provides hands-on instruction in diagnostic software and repair techniques
• Ensures proper documentation and workflow approval for repair orders
