Korn Ferry Military Division is partnering with a Pittsburgh, PA manufacturing client to hire a Shift Manager (Maintenance). This leadership role requires a strong maintenance background and the ability to guide union technicians through a 24/7 rotating operation.

You will apply engineering principles to improve reliability, supervise crews, and implement cost-saving maintenance schedules while promoting safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a high-demand environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years US Military Active Duty experience.
• Experience with high-voltage electrical systems and substations.
• Union workforce leadership is preferred but not required.

• Apply engineering principles to diagnose and resolve operational conditions.
• Supervise and coordinate union technicians and planners.
• Maintain and improve preventative maintenance programs.
• Diagnose machinery malfunctions with teams.
• Coordinate repairs with mechanical/electrical staff.
