Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years US Military Active Duty experience required.
• Direct civilian industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience with high-voltage electrical systems, power generation, substations, switchgear, or PLC-controlled equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate union technicians and maintenance staff to maximize efficiency.
• Develop preventative and routine maintenance programs using schedules and procedures.
• Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment with engineering principles.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders; assign duties to workers.
• Maintain inventories of spares and implement cost-saving measures.
• Develop methods to eliminate maintenance problems and improve product quality.
• Perform scheduling, reporting, and safety-related admin tasks.
