Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a maintenance supervisor/coordinator in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience leading a team of maintenance technicians toward common goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance technicians on their shift and ensure task completion.
• Provide escalation to leadership when gaps or issues arise.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules based on equipment criticality.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors to meet performance and OEE targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and audits are carried out by the team.
