Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC in Savannah, GA seeks a Maintenance Service Technician to prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, and perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair. You’ll stay active and work as part of a property-wide team, ensuring high standards of resident comfort.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, grounds and pool upkeep, seasonal tasks, and on-call emergency maintenance when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• EPA certification required for eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Strong communication and professionalism with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency.
• Perform general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC support, appliance repair).
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with pool upkeep and seasonal tasks.
