Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Little Rock, AR to keep apartments and common areas in top condition. You’ll handle light plumbing, electrical work, HVAC support, painting, and appliance repair, while responding to work orders with urgency and a customer‑care mindset.

You’ll be part of a hands‑on team, receive training and support, and contribute to a welcoming, well‑maintained living environment with on‑site tasks, flexible scheduling, and on‑call coverage as

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry or HVAC.
• EPA certification is preferred for environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Be on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
