Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, and perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair. You will help keep grounds and common areas inviting and support preventative maintenance and seasonal tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

QualificationsWe’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
