Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician at our Fayetteville, NC property. You’ll perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC support to keep units and common areas in top condition, prep move-ins, and respond to service requests with urgency.

You’ll join a hands-on team that values pride in workmanship, safety, and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks.
• Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
• Work safely, efficiently, and with pride.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification preferred

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
