Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Greenville, SC to keep units and amenities in top condition. You’ll prep apartments, handle work orders, perform light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repairs, while keeping grounds inviting and supporting preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
