Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to keep apartments in top condition and support residents’ comfort. You will prep units, handle work orders, perform general maintenance, and assist with grounds, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members.
• Flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.
