Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC Maintenance Service Technician position in the United States focuses on keeping apartments and common areas in top condition. Prep vacant units, respond to work orders, and perform light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.

You’ll stay active and collaborative, assisting with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks while delivering reliable, safe service to residents. Training and competitive pay with bonuses are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
