Job Opening: Maintenance Senior Technician

We have a full-time opening for a Maintenance Senior Technician position at L'Oreal, Clark, NJ. Online applications are accepted only.

Requirements: Prior experience with building SOPs and BMS is preferred.

Pay Range: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs skilled maintenance duties related to engineering and facility maintenance functions.

Essential Duties:

• Constructs, maintains, and repairs electrical and mechanical systems using appropriate tools.
• Services and diagnoses malfunctions in HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, fire alarm, sprinkler, and other specialty equipment.
• Leads project teams and teaches maintenance skills.
• Updates work statuses and manages repair costs using company systems.
• Supports fleet maintenance including welding, plumbing, electrical, and generator repairs.
• Reviews work of outside vendors and creates punch lists.
• Plans work based on blueprints and specifications.
• Performs inspections, tests, and responds to emergency repairs.
• Offers recommendations for preventive maintenance improvements.
• Participates in emergency response teams and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of maintenance experience in an institutional setting.
• Possession of a relevant Journeyman's license (Electrical, Plumbing, Welding, etc.).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
