Sherwin Williams is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler in Wheeling, IL to manage parts inventory, write and organize detailed maintenance work orders, and prioritize tasks with the maintenance team. The role supports planning, procurement, and scheduling activities in the eAM system.
The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00am–3:30pm) with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, FSAs, and paid time
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for the purchase and organization of maintenance parts and related items, accurate inventory of those items, the creation of detailed work orders for the maintenance department and organizing the work orders for implementation based on priorities. The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for the eAM system to include equipment identification, parts inventory, requisition of parts, writing purchase orders, scheduling P/M's, work orders, work requests, parts orders, and reports in the eAM system. The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler will also support training of Maintenance Mechanics. The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler works closely with Engineering-Maintenance Manager, Maintenance team, and Operations to prioritize maintenance work.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
This position is also eligible for a bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.
