You will prospect, follow up, and foster trust within a relationship-driven sales cycle.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a first-year on-target earnings range of $110,000–$130,000, with top performers earning well into six figures.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Self-motivated with ability to manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new commercial maintenance opportunities.
• Reaching out to potential clients through calls and in-person visits.
