Louisiana Tech University is seeking a dependable Maintenance Repairer 1 to join the Physical Plant team in Ruston, LA. You will perform general maintenance on campus buildings and support the supervisor with assigned work to keep classrooms, labs, and offices safe and functional.
Duties include cleaning or replacing air conditioner filters, replacing ceiling tiles and door hardware, performing minor painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs, and aiding pest control efforts when needed.

Appointment Type: This position will be filled as a Probationary Appointment.
Location: Louisiana Tech University, Physical Plant-Ruston, LA
Work Schedule: The typical work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4pm. May be required to work some overtime, weekends, or holidays.
Hourly Rate: $17.18
