Job summary

HOAMCO is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Envy Residences in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves routine inspections, basic mechanical work, and grounds maintenance across a residential community.

You will respond to service requests and coordinate with vendors to keep common areas and pools well-maintained. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in maintenance, strong customer service, and problem-solving skills; ability to lift 50 lbs; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Great customer services skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in a residential community (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more
• Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays etc., and response to emergency calls

Responsibilities

• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance - Vendor scheduling and monitoring
• Maintenance of common areas, maintaining Work Order database
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
• Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
• Perform minor repairs, touch up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report any safety issues to management, scheduling an annual roof, storm drains, elevator and fire safety inspections.

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community. We’re offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary. Minor electrical and plumbing, pool experience is a plus.
