This role blends hands-on carpentry with project coordination, leading projects and coordinating with external contractors to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

Experience in facility maintenance and project coordination.
Experience with carpentry and minor repairs.
Ability to manage contractors and coordinate projects.

Responsibilities

Lead facility upgrades, renovations, and special projects.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Diagnose and repair minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
Coordinate with certified contractors for complex repairs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
