You will coordinate resident requests, inspections, vendors, and renovations, serving as the liaison among residents, maintenance staff, vendors, and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, facilities, or maintenance coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance requests and work orders.
• Communicate with residents regarding scheduling, access, repairs, and follow-up.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and inspections of systems.
• Maintain records for maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Schedule vendors and contractors, including access and follow-up.
• Gather proposals, estimates, and service reports for projects.
• Assist with inspections and reporting of safety or operational concerns.
• Coordinate renovations and contractor activities with access and deliveries.
• Assist with compliance activities and routine maintenance testing.
• Track repairs and projects through completion and report progress.
• Coordinate notices and building projects with management and staff.
