Job summary

Integrea Community Mental Health System is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation of buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, and respond to service requests.

The role includes rotating on‑call shifts for emergency maintenance and coordinating with vendors. You will keep accurate records, monitor tools and supplies, and help with upgrades and projects to support

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and special projects.
• Monitor inventory of tools, supplies, and replacement parts.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe, clean, and efficient operation of buildings, grounds, and equipment. This position plays a key role in the upkeep and functionality of facilities, responds to service requests, and acts as a liaison with contracted service providers. The Maintenance Specialist also participates in a rotating on‑call schedule for emergency maintenance services and provides transportation support as needed.

• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all facility systems and equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, functional, and secure environment for staff and clients.
• Minimizing downtime through proactive inspections and timely repairs.
• Supporting compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
